Shipping Policy

Order processing times

We will process the order to the best of our ability, most of the time we ship out orders the same day, if the order is received before12:00 PM eastern standard time USA. When the shipping information is not verified by the carrier that is being used for delivery it can take time to get in touch with the customer and resolving the verification issue. Orders received on Friday after 12:00 PM will be processed on following Monday. Orders will not be processed on all federal holidays. Processing of orders can take from same day to two business days.

Shipping delay

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company once the shipment is received by them, we will work diligently with our customer if any such issue arise. If the product is lost or stolen while in transit we are not responsible for the loss.
